Without an account

You can use the daily verse, the short thought and your companion without an account. This data stays on your device.

Your account

If you create an account with Sign in with Apple or Sign in with Google, we receive your email address, an account ID and, if you share it, your name. We use this only to sign you in and to sync your data between devices (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

What we store for signed-in users

Your companion and its growth, your days together, which days you completed, and what you write in the app (reflections, prayers, gratitude notes). This data is stored with our hosting provider Supabase in the EU and is visible only to you.

Friends and groups

If you add friends, they see your display name, your companion, its mood and your days together. In groups, members see the messages and prayers you post there and your display name. You can report messages and block members; reports are reviewed by us to keep groups safe.

Purchases

Payments are handled by Apple. To manage your subscription we use RevenueCat (RevenueCat, Inc., USA), which receives an anonymous app user ID and your purchase status. Transfers to the USA are based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

Reminders

Daily reminders are scheduled on your device. We do not send or store push tokens.

Devotional content

Devotions are written in advance on our server, partly with the help of AI. None of your personal data or your entries is sent to an AI service.

No advertising

We do not show ads, do not sell your data and do not use your data for advertising.

Deleting your data

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time in the app under Settings. Data on your device is removed when you delete the app.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and you can withdraw consent at any time. You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. Contact: hallo@timewithgod.co.
